BILLING POLICIES

Our physicians participate with New Hampshire Blue Shield, Blue Choice, Medicare-B, GHMSL, Healthsource, Matthew Thornton, Oxford Health and JobCare and we will submit claims directly to these carriers.

If your insurance or HMO is not listed here, please bring in a completed claim form at the time of your visit and we will gladly submit the claim on your behalf.

Workers' Compensation injuries will be billed directly to your employer or their insurance carrier. Our billing staff will gladly assist you in receiving the reimbursement benefit from your insurance carrier. Our staff is always available to answer insurance coverage and liability questions.
